Located in the beautiful Nadrin Nature Reserve in Houffalize, this is a 7-bedroom villa for a large family or group of 18 people. The villa has a sauna and a bubble bath for a relaxing holiday. You can also take a dip in the private swimming pool and cool off on a hot day.
This accommodation is on a hill and enjoys unobstructed views of the surrounding area. The town is excellent for shopping and there is always plenty going on. Nature lovers can explore the forest and lake at 0.5 km. Supermarkets and restaurants are also at 0.5 km. There are cross country trails at 15 km to enjoy in winter.
The furnished terrace and outdoor kitchen delight the lovers of al-fresco dining. After having meals, you can lie down in the garden or admire the pond and soak in the picturesque views. You can play a game of boules, table football, billiards, or table tennis in leisure hours. For little guests, 2 children's beds and 2 high chairs are present. 2 pets are allowed for a small fee. Parking is available.

Last week we rented a villa for 18 people through Belvilla in Nadrin, Belgium. It was a 100% correct choice. The villa was designed for such a large group. We were welcomed by an extremely friendly owner. When we arrived, all the beds were made and on departure we did not even have to remove them! Glasses, plates, cutlery, all for more than 18 people present, as well as two microwaves, two dishwashers, an electric hob, a toaster for four slices simultaneously, 6 raclet devices. There was an arcade with various games for the youth, air disc table, shuffleboard, pool billiards, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor heated swimming pool, jeu-de-boules court, covered hall with a BBQ, fitness room with four pieces of equipment. It was all there!! Highly recommended!
Beautiful location, spacious house. Some things have been neglected, which is a shame. Kitchen is messy and oven is way too small and weak, griddle not working at all. Many shower heads broken and hang too low. Bunk beds and bedding was very scanty. Fairly good clean and great facilities.

The beds are comfortable and almost every room has its own bathroom. The living room is extremely large with a fantastic breakfast table where you can sit with 18 people. Given our time of year, we were lucky with the weather and we could also sit outside. Outside you will also find all kinds of facilities to make it a pleasant stay. This villa is very interesting for both young and old. We actually had nothing to complain about, only the jacuzzi was a little dirty when we arrived. But we were not the most difficult and cleaned it ourselves. The French owner is sometimes difficult to understand for us as a Dutchman, but gestures go a long way. Had a great stay! Lovely house. Very friendly owner, the wood stove was already burning on arrival and the living room was decorated for Christmas. Despite its size, it feels cosy. Pool billiards was a great success as was the jacuzzi!
Highly recommended for those who want to go on holiday with a large group without worries. Everything is there to make it a pleasant stay! Only the fireplace was being repaired during our stay, so we couldn't use it, but this certainly didn't spoil the atmosphere.
Perfect location to spend a few days with a large group. We stayed here with 10 people and there were still a considerable number of beds and chairs left. The reception was also very friendly and clear. you can easily fill your days.Dochtsbijzijnde supermarket is a short drive away, so it's best to take it with you in advance.
