Beautifully situated house, not too big but fully furnished. Nice starting point for walking and cycling tours. Nice helpful owners.
Nice compact house with all relevant amenities. Very quiet location, with wide views. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. Many walking and cycling opportunities in the Maasduinen.
A hospitable couple rents out a cozy cottage with all the trimmings, from where you have a beautiful view of the forest edge. And through those forests, often quite hilly, you can take beautiful walks. They form part of the nature reserve: the Maasduinen. There you will also find a bicycle junction, part of an entire bicycle network. We cycled a lot along the Maas, including to Venlo and Gennep. And Kevelaer, a remarkable pilgrimage site, is just across the border and is worth a visit. Another culinary tip: in Auberge De Papenberg, just north of Afferden, we enjoyed a delicious (and affordable) dinner!
Cozy house with all the trimmings. Detached location with a view of the forest. There are excellent walking and cycling opportunities in all directions. Warm landlords.
A wonderful location, quiet and excellent accommodation. The house is neatly clean and equipped with all comforts. You can sit outside in the sun or in the shade, whichever you prefer. The host and hostess are very cordial. We have now been for the 2nd time and certainly hope to come back again.
Pleasant reception. It corresponds 100% to the description on the site and it is wonderfully clean. Highly recommended for someone who is looking for tranquility.
