Spa-Francorchamps motor racing track is only 10 minutes away, as are the towns of Malmedy, Spa, and Stavelot. Situated on the edge of the forest, this home gives various opportunities to explore through the woods. Try out some local delicacies at the nearest restaurant, 3 km away.
Recently built, this villa has a number of advantages in addition to its excellent geographical location in the heart of the Ardennes. It has a modern layout combining wood and design, top of the range equipment, and games room both for adults and children. There are plenty of leisure facilities in the garden, among which a trampoline, and a barbecue. A pellet stove and central heating are provided to maintain a cosy atmosphere inside. Parking is also available on the premises.
Note that it is not allowed to bring and install your own inflatable pool and you cannot bring your pets also.

Beautiful house where there is plenty to do for young and old Beautiful surroundings a disadvantage is the spiral staircase down to the basement from here you can go to the garden Tip: a staircase from the balcony to the garden would be nice especially if you are there with 8 young children you always want to go outside You have a nice wide view from your balcony where we could sit well we were 15 people we had nice days and would definitely recommend this house to others
We have been able to enjoy this beautiful house for a long weekend. Everything is there and the hostess was very accessible / easily accessible and gave an extensive tour. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back!
A beautiful villa, only the bedrooms are disappointing in terms of size, in the photos they seem larger and the stairs to the basement, where the billiards and table tennis and fitness room + sauna are, we found a very unsafe staircase (the boards are only attached to the center pole and therefore bend a bit) and also very narrow, not easy to walk, there was no bin for residual waste, which was very annoying, also because there was a small child of 1.5. was it good.
Fantastic stay. Everything was very neat and clean. Ideal for families because of the different floors in the house with regard to the sound. Everything was well organized and we would definitely go back again.
