Modern furnishings enhance the villa's elegance while preserving its authentic charm.
The ground floor includes a spacious living room with a stone fireplace and satellite TV, a magnificent dining room for up to 16 people, and a modern kitchen with a central island. It also has a double bedroom with a private bathroom, another bathroom with a shower, and a laundry area.
The first floor, accessible via internal and external staircases, has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus a double and a triple bedroom sharing a full bathroom with a shower. The Torre colombaia offers a romantic double bedroom with a private bathroom, while a triple bedroom with a bathroom is located in a charming stone annex.
Garden and Pool:
The expansive garden features a BBQ area with an oven and grills, a gazebo for al fresco dining, and a pool with a solarium and sunbeds accessible via a lovely staircase or grassy ramp. An outer loggia provides shaded seating and a fully equipped kitchen area with a fridge, sofas, TV, bathroom, and dressing room.

Dit vakantiehuis is perfect voor een familievakantie. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden en de gastheren waren erg gastvrij. De kinderen hadden plezier met spelen in de tuin.
Wat een heerlijke verblijf! De villa had alles wat we nodig hadden voor onze familie van zes, De ruime slaapkamers waren perfect, en de kinderen hielden van het speelgebied, De hot tub was een fantastische bonus - perfect om te ontspannen na een dag wandelen in de Ore Mountains!

De locatie is ideaal als u de toeristische drukte wilt ontvluchten. We hebben genoten van de rustige omgeving en de nabijheid van de stranden. Het appartement was goed onderhouden en had alle nodige voorzieningen.
We vonden de rustieke charme van de villa geweldig. Het was de perfecte mix van moderne voorzieningen en traditionele Toscaanse architectuur.
