House is comfortable, has many amenities. But the big downside at the moment is that two other houses are being built next to the house and that gives a lot of noise, especially in the morning if you still want to sleep in.
Nice modern well maintained residence. Location very good for Ardennes and Malmedy. Quiet area with nice view. Clean and complete.
