Host communication system so utterly broken that nobody in your organisation speaks to one another.And you do not know who I am even though I have sent you multiple emails with multiple requests. Your designation to the management company then back to the local host is utterly confusing for your customers -especially as you redirect any requests to the local and then responses go back to the general management. System is crazy and even the links you sent for the check-in did not work. After we waited in the heat outside half an hour for somebody to meet us and get us into the apartment!! Your checkin system also broken. Despite me emailing my arrival time three times in the 24 hours previous to arriving.. Then I keep getting WhatsApp replies and explain about the two broken fans to various different staff, but none of them communicates with one another apparently. On your original phone number supplied to me, my text message was never received. Only a redirected voice call could work. Every single one of all of these miscommunications and your response misses the point. Three days later none of the broken fans have been replaced and I had to take a hotel elsewhere just to stay cool. Terrible experience here.

Quiet evenings thanks to good insulation. The bedroom’s calm with soft lighting making it easy to relax after long days walking Paris streets.

We are really enjoying the location, comfort and how clean the place is. Not easy to lock the door and would be nice to have 2 sets of keys since there is 3 of us + a change of towels. We are also wondering how to dry our clothes since they are still wet after 2 hours.

Noticed the TV remote actually had batteries, which helped us settle in fast. The queen bed was comfy for two and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Close to museums and shops, great base for exploring.

The flat was stunning and the photos were true to life, It was stylishly decorated and recently refurbished, It's situated in one of the prime locations for exploring Paris and soaking up the city's atmosphere and local areas, In fact, you can stroll to a number of nearby areas, including Le Marais and Les Halles, It's a five-minute walk to the Republique metro station, where you can hop on several train lines, The Place de la Republique square, which is always bustling with life, activities, and people watching, is two blocks away, There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity, In my opinion, both the location and the flat are perfect,

The place was delightful, well-maintained, and in an ideal location, There was a slight misunderstanding regarding where to leave the key upon checkout, but the host promptly clarified, I would absolutely endorse it, or (preferably) return!

The stay was generally acceptable, although the management firm was responsive, the check-in procedure was somewhat complex, particularly since I had to pay for an early check-in and had previously communicated via message, I had to call for guidance on the day of check-in which made the process a bit chaotic, Despite this, the management firm was accommodating, The lack of information about the apartment was another issue - we had to figure out some things on our own and contact the company for other instructions, The process would have been smoother if this information had been provided earlier, for instance, about internet access, The apartment was decent but some items of furniture were worn out, Some minor issues like a broken shower rainfall head and a coat rack coming out of the wall could be easily fixed, The apartment's location is excellent which is a big plus,

The apartment is superbly centrally located in the beautiful Marais district. It is furnished as described and we immediately felt very comfortable. A good bakery and a supermarket are within easy walking distance (3 minutes). The sofa bed is comfortable and the apartment was perfect for the three of us (with a child). I can fully recommend the apartment. We explored Paris on our bikes, which is highly recommended. You can book parking spaces (also online in advance). Our cheap parking space (also suitable for station wagons with bike racks) in Saint-Louis near a hospital was 2 km away (€ 22/day), but it was no problem to return to the apartment by bike.

Our stay at Joffrey’s apartment for 6 nights was absolutely delightful, The apartment was spacious, peaceful, spotless, contemporary, and brand new, Getting around Paris was a breeze with public transportation nearby, and we discovered some fantastic cafes, patisseries, and bars just a stone's throw away, We had such restful nights and were so cozy that waking up early was a challenge! If I had to nitpick, it would be a minor issue - such as the gate being a bit tricky to navigate during check-in, and the hot water being extremely hot and quick to cool down, However, we managed to sort it all out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would certainly return in the future, Don't hesitate, make a reservation now!

This apartment is extremely clean and functional, located in a fantastic area, However, it lacked personality and personal touches, making it less inviting for hanging out in the evening or cooking, With only a small sofa and no armchair or books, there is little to give it a Parisian feel, Although we didn't use the kitchen, it appeared to be well-equipped, The location is excellent, with Canal St, Martin and the Marais within easy walking distance, The République metro station right outside provides convenient access to various parts of the city, including Gare du Nord, We took advantage of Lime bikes available below the apartment to explore museums and Paris Photo, The apartment itself is peaceful and tidy, with a sparkling clean shower room, If you're seeking a functional place to stay, this fits the bill, Our only challenge was finding our way in initially, especially since it was dark and we were tired from traveling,

This space was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable, It had everything we needed for 6 days in Paris with our little one, It is situated in a very convenient, yet not overly touristy neighborhood, We absolutely adored it, There are fantastic restaurants of various cuisines nearby, Just keep in mind that on some nights, you may hear music/people from the streets (this might be bothersome for those accustomed to a quiet suburban environment or if you are a light sleeper!), Moreover, the hot water runs out quicker than anticipated (the three of us had to stagger our shower times to allow the hot water tank to refill), Overall, the hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, I would definitely book this place again!

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The place looked exactly like the pictures and was incredibly cozy, The host was very responsive and even allowed us to leave our bags before the final cleaning, so we could explore without carrying our luggage, The location and neighborhood were fantastic, There were plenty of activities to do and excellent restaurants nearby, There was some construction noise from the street, which was a bit louder than expected, but it didn't bother us much (plus, there's construction all over Paris because of the 2024 Olympics, so it's to be expected), Would definitely choose to stay here again!

In general, I would suggest this place

This is a fantastic place for a weekend escape for a couple, I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to use the sofa bed or stay for more than a few days, I'm French and was traveling with my daughter from the United States, I contacted the host well in advance to request the sofa bed be made or sheets be left out, Unfortunately, no luck! Additionally, the TV in the bedroom was not functioning, and there was only one fan, which we had to position in the doorway between the two rooms at night to be able to sleep (it gets VERY hot,) On the positive side, the location is excellent, the street is quiet after 11pm, and the place is extremely clean,

We stayed at this spacious and well-equipped apartment in Marais, The flat was just the right size for our family of four, and we loved having separate bedrooms and a kitchen area, Situated in a convenient location with easy access to the metro, within walking distance of the Seine and various attractions, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, bars, and shops, You could easily spend days exploring the area, Being on the second floor, there was some noise from nearby restaurants in the evenings, but closing the windows solved that issue, On the bright side, it was easy to carry our luggage and the apartment stayed cool, The rental is mainly managed by a company, but they and the owner were quick to respond and even accommodated our early check-in request when the flat was ready, I would happily choose this place as our home base for our next visit to Paris - much preferable to hotels in my opinion

Recently renovated apartment! It would be nice to have some additional hangers, especially in the bathroom, The small sofa seemed fine but unexpectedly broke, causing me to almost fall, Other than that, everything was great

We spent a fantastic week using this apartment as a starting point for our exploration of Paris in autumn, The location is excellent: close to both major and minor Metro stations, with a wonderful bakery just steps away, within walking distance of a popular wine bar, cocktail bar, several grocery stores, an amazing cheese shop, restaurants, and a covered market, Despite being near Republique Square, the only sounds we heard were the usual city noises, which disappeared when we closed the windows, The space is ideal for two people and maybe a child, four people would feel a bit cramped, It's a single-story, first-floor apartment with a few steps at the entrance and leading up to the living room/bathroom/bedroom, Since there's no unit above, we never heard the neighbors and it felt very private, The separate kitchen, though small in terms of equipment, was great for preparing pasta and salad for dinner and reheating takeout on nights when we didn't want to eat out, The bed was extremely comfortable and the wardrobe provided enough space for two, Checking in and out was a breeze thanks to the instructions sent via email, (Please note that the light switch for the building entrance is on the wall facing the courtyard,)

Great location!!!! Ideal place to stay, just a 5-minute walk to 2 metro stations, close to plenty of cafes and shops but still gives you the feeling of being on a peaceful street, Very tidy, cozy bed and much more spacious than a typical hotel,

For us, the location couldn't be more central, It's so easy to walk or take the metro anywhere! The apartment is right in the middle of the action but also quiet as a mouse at night! Highly recommended!

This apartment is absolutely adorable and matches the photos in the advertisement, It is conveniently located near 2 metro stations, Republic square, and numerous shops and restaurants! A very vibrant and charming neighborhood, It was easy to use the subway or Uber to reach the main sights, Just keep in mind the season as it can get quite warm inside, Despite having a floor fan and bringing our own, it remained very hot, We visited during an unusually hot period, so hopefully it's not a common issue for most visitors,

This flat offers a wonderful blend of contemporary and vintage ambiance, We truly enjoyed the kitchen and the living space, The bedroom may be a bit small, but it exudes a cozy vibe, The house gets quite warm during the summer, If all windows are shut, there is no air circulation, However, opening a few windows to allow air flow can result in noise from the street, I found that opening just two windows near the kitchen helped reduce the noise reaching the bedroom, Having a fan or air conditioning is a bonus, The check-in instructions appeared thorough in the app but were not effective, We were left feeling frustrated, The rainfall shower did not function properly, The tap water can get very hot and it's easy to accidentally alter the temperature, You need to be extremely cautious, Alicia from the host team was friendly, She phoned to inquire about our well-being, I left her a postcard as a token of appreciation,

This property is absolutely stunning! My husband, sister, and I spent Easter here and were amazed by the perfect location! Situated right in the heart of the Marais district, surrounded by fantastic shops and restaurants, it was perfect! The apartment is located in a secure building and is very stylish, equipped with all the necessary amenities, It would be even better if there was an additional mirror, as the only one available is in the bathroom, which is not ideal for getting ready, I also agree with other feedback regarding the limited hot water supply for more than 1,5 people, Despite these minor inconveniences, I would definitely choose to stay at this property again :)

Bright apartment, well laid out and just a stone's throw from République, The neighborhood is pleasant, Many amenities are provided, we lack nothing! The only downside to note is that the hot water tank must be a bit small, the water cools quite quickly in the shower, and the tray is a bit slippery, But that didn't bother us that much in the end, Check-in is well indicated, be sure to ring the bell at 7E and not at 1E (typo in the brief),
