In this coastal residential area house, a magnificent front terrace awaits you, where you can enjoy a nice coffee, an orange juice or a delicious bowl of cereal before heading off for a day at the beach. When you return, you can enjoy it again with a tasty meal or an outdoor dinner accompanied by the gentle sea breeze.

Inside, you will find a large living-dining room, traditional in style but very comfortable, with two comfortable sofas for watching satellite TV or chatting together. Then there is a large kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, long worktops and a table and chairs if you find it more convenient to eat here. Downstairs there are two of them with two single beds and a fan, as well as a bathroom with bathtub that serves the floor. Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a second living room with air conditioning.

The surroundings are very familiar as the area of Can Picafort is characterised for being a quiet but very lively place due to its great variety of shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlours by the sea and its long promenade next to the beach, which is only 350 m away. Its kilometres of fine sand and calm, crystal-clear waters invite you to take a dip and enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing and jet skiing.
