The property is set over two levels. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a mezzanine with another double bed. The main living area includes a double sofa bed and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The ground floor features a bathroom with WC, and a second, separate WC is available upstairs for convenience.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a furnished front terrace with retractable awning, plus a second terrace at the back with a barbecue and outdoor dining area. The pavilion also includes reversible air conditioning, heating, a TV, washing machine, and a private parking space inside the gated residence. Guests have full access to the property and can opt for self check-in via a secure key box, or be welcomed in person depending on arrival time.
