The landlords are very friendly. It was/is very clean!! EVERYTHING was/is there!!
The landlady is very nice and willing to provide information.
we booked online, but something went wrong with the internet, booked again and it went well so printed everything we found out that it was the week after that we booked, after a phone call we would be called back because it was lunchtime, called back that afternoon and then there was a small problem because we wanted to cancel, but it was not cancel only book again a week earlier, it is now arranged so it was a small problem :-)
Very nice apartment. Well located. Well and moderately furnished. Landlady very friendly and helpful. Good starting point for trips to the Harz Mountains. The Harz offers many opportunities for hiking, children's entertainment, sights.
