In this luxury villa, for the whole family, no concessions have been made in terms of comfort. This villa is also ideal as a three-generation home for the whole family! The indoor swimming pool and private wellness complete your holiday in Zeeland and thanks to all the amenities, the villa is completely weather-independent. This holiday home is located just 100 m from the sea, on the edge of the Zeeland Colijnsplaat and the De Oosterschelde National Park. Take a day trip to the nearby towns of Zierikzee, Veere, Goes, Middelburg and Vlissingen. You can do your shopping 600 m away. There are many cycling and walking paths along the beach and it is an ideal place for swimming and sports. The villa is fully equipped and has a large communal kitchen. In addition, all six bedrooms (with beds made of course!) have their own HD TV, bathroom and toilet.
One of the houses (at villa 5) is equipped with a platform lift (80 x 85 cm, door width 70 cm) -Lift preferential surcharge: € 25.
All villas have a trampoline in the garden.
Green Egg (BBQ) costs € 19.50 including 3 kilos of coal or € 30.00 including 10 kilos of coal.
Cot is always excl. bed linen, guests must bring this themselves. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.
The park is being built in phases. This may mean that work can take place at the park. Naturally, any inconvenience is kept to a minimum.

Lovely modern and clean holiday home with every comfort, excellent beds and indoor swimming pool. We are here with the whole family including 4 grandchildren for the 3rd time. That says it all!!!
The location, the spacious villa, the indoor pool with sauna, enough bedrooms with private bathrooms make it a pleasant stay. We did not find the villa very clean when we arrived: dust on the beds in the bedrooms, dirty inner windows (splashes, children's hands, etc...), we had to wash glasses again, as well as some pans, the plug in the sink was defective , hob not so clean ... does not give a pleasant feeling when you arrive. The WIFI does not work properly, and we found one garbage bag for 12 people a bit little.
Beautiful Villa, very spacious but still cozy. Equipped with every comfort. Have had a great stay partly due to the presence of sauna and swimming pool. Everything was right from arrival to departure

lovely large house with heated swimming pool, the children enjoyed it and so did we.
We found a very nice spacious house for 12 people. it was rainy weather but that made up for the pool and sauna. the spacious kitchen was very nice with all mod cons. only the beds were very much sagged and the house is super noisy. if someone wants to go to bed early and the group is talking in the kitchen or living room, you can hear everything loud and clear and you will not find peace. the environment was beautiful and relaxing. only seen little of it in this wet time.
