This comfortable quality house in Danish building style from 2008 is located in OstseeStrandpark Grömitz approx. 200 m from the lovely sandy beach with a short distance on foot or by bike to the city center. The house has panoramic windows, furniture in modern, Scandinavian design and wooden walls and sloping walls that give the house a cozy atmosphere. In the kitchen there are i.a. dishwasher and there is also a washing machine in the house. After a long walk along the beach you can relax in the house's whirlpool. At the end of the day you can relax in the living room with a good book and enjoy the warmth of the cozy wood stove. In addition to the attractive, kilometer-long beach, there is also an activity playground, a climbing park, a skateboard space as well as a family restaurant and a bakery near the holiday park. Other possible leisure activities in the area are horseback riding on the beach or a visit to the water park & # 8221; Grömitzer Welle & # 8220 ;. For golf enthusiasts, there are also several options to keep the level straight. There are both 9- and 18-hole golf courses in Grömitz and other courses in the area. You can possibly buy the so-called golf package, which gives you access to 4 different golf courses near Grömitz. You can get further information at the tourist office in the city. The spacious rooms
Quiet location within the complex, terrace barely visible from the neighboring properties, / Large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, kitchen fully equipped, dishes and glasses / sufficient available, / / We didn't like the fact that the house was cold when we arrived (all radiator thermostats were on the "0" position), furthermore it was very annoying for us as absolute non-smokers that the house completely smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which could only be stopped after 3 days by constantly airing the room, the constant use of air freshener and scented candles (non-smoking house) / If you look at the price / performance ratio, it would certainly be appropriate to replace the "ancient" completely worn-out couch, / The old shower curtain in the The bathroom is at least extremely questionable for hygiene reasons, but certainly no longer corresponds to the current standard of such a holiday home, / Here all guests of the house would certainly be very happy about a glass shower partition, / The full ashtray was still on the terrace table (we disposed of it) / The fact that / directly adjacent to the garden (on the neighboring property) there are 2 discarded overseas containers (green and blue) is probably not within the control of the owner or the Dan Center, / For us as nature-loving guests who deliberately book a house with a garden, the view from the house / from the terrace onto these two "iron boxes" is an absolute imposition, / Pure nature everywhere, and then such a sight, I am surprised that the Neighbouring property owner has even received a permit for this (in the middle of the nature reserve) / A great pity and even in summer only slightly nicer,
The location is really great and the house with 3 bedrooms is perfect for 5 to 6 people
