At the foot of the magnificent Ferret lighthouse, we have found for you an authentic house with architecture characteristic of the old houses of the Arcachon Basin. Recently renovated, it offers the comfort of modern amenities, the elegance of contemporary furnishings, and the original charm of the house.

Designed to accommodate 10 people, the house comprises a large living room, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms.

In the living room, you will discover a magnificent open-plan kitchen and living area. Fully equipped, it includes a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and an induction hob for cooking delicious meals. A dishwasher is also available for your convenience. For breakfast, you'll find a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker. You can enjoy your meals around a beautiful wooden table, perfect for convivial and delicious moments.

To relax, a large TV lounge allows you to watch a good movie or catch the excitement of sporting events.

For sleeping, there is a first bedroom, each with a queen-size bed (160/200) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and private access to a bathroom with a bathtub. This bathroom also connects to a family bedroom, which includes a king-size bed (180/200 cm) and a single bed. The other family bedroom has a queen-size bed and two bunk beds. A third family bedroom has a shared shower room with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

If you feel like spending time outdoors, you will find all the necessary furniture to relax and enjoy meals in the sun, around a barbecue or a griddle.
It will be hard to leave this house to go back to work. If you wish to extend your stay by working remotely, three offices are available for your comfort.

For added comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned. It includes a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The kitchen is equipped with various cooking appliances (food processor, electric juicer), and there are three hairdryers in the bathrooms, a high chair, and a parasol. Two vehicles can be parked on the property.
