Welcome to Villa Libeccio! Located on the market square in Pléneuf-Val-André, above a bar-restaurant and, most importantly, just 190 meters from the beach, this unique and charming house is perfect for 8 people who love enjoying the lively atmosphere of the area.

The house is accessed via stairs leading to a magnificent 25 m² terrace on two levels. The first level offers a large relaxation area with two outdoor sofas, as well as a lovely dining area where you can enjoy delicious grilled food cooked on the barbecue. On the upper level, there's a sun deck with lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.

Next, you enter the house and discover a large living room with a welcoming dining area, furnished with eight armchairs that invite you to settle in for a delicious meal.

To prepare your meal, head to the kitchen, where you'll find two refrigerators, a freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and everything you need to cook up some tasty dishes. For breakfast, there's a toaster, a kettle, and two coffee makers (one filter coffee maker, the other a Nespresso machine).

A TV lounge is located at the far end of the room, with a bay window providing access to the outside. There is also a more secluded terrace, where you can sit around a round table.

The tour of the house concludes on this floor with a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

The sleeping area is located on the next floor, where there are four bedrooms. One of them has a king-size bed (180/200 cm), and the others have double beds. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk if you need a workspace.

The accommodation does not have parking, but the market parking lot 50 meters away is free. The market is held every Friday.
