This well-kept holiday home has a wonderful swimming pool and is large enough for a couple or a family. The house has modern furnishings. Outside on the terrace, you enjoy the French sun.
There are many good restaurants in the area where you can eat a delicious meal. The sea is 6 km away and you can play golf at 4 km. It is also possible to take long walking tours through nature.
Located on the ground floor so that it is accessible for everyone. The property has a modern living room, a separate kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The pool is shared with the owner, allowing you to destress after a long day.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

Super! Apartment was perfect. Located in a quiet area, private pool, air conditioning, good bathroom and kitchen. Everything was in order. Toilet got clogged, but that was immediately remedied. I do recommend arranging a rental car when you are here, because you have to Cannes/Nice etc don't go for a walk :-)
The location of the house in relation to beautiful cities is great. Nice, Cannes and Grasse can be reached in about half an hour's drive. The house is minimally furnished. Cooking yourself is a challenge with one pan, without kitchen knives (not even a bread knife for the baguette), one board, no dishes and bowls. There is no attention for the necessities of life on the first day, no coffee, no mugs or coffee cups, 1 roll toilet paper, 1 garbage bag and 1 towel for 9 days. The 'garden' is a back spot with a bumpy lawn and a children's parasol. You can swim in the pool that is shared with the owner, but it is not the intention that you stay at the pool. The shower is fine and there is a washing machine and dryer. Price/quality is insufficient, the hospitality scores an insufficient , you don't get a welcome feeling. We won't come back here.
A lovely holiday home to stay for a few days.
A wonderful stay for swimming enthusiasts and people who like peace and quiet. Very nice host and hostess and a nice, not too busy location near beautiful cities such as Cannes and Nice. We will definitely come back again!
