The pool and tennis court are protected by a fence suitable for children. You can move around and relax completely undisturbed in the approx. 20,000 square metre park-like area of the residence. There is no moving car traffic. Residents enter the gated residence via an access code. The grounds offer marvellous views of the magnificent natural surroundings and the foothills of the Southern French Maritime Alps.
