Completely renovated former station house for 8 people, located in Hautefort in the Périgord Noir. The accommodation has a lovely swimming pool and a magnificent setting for exploring the many tourist sites in the Périgord.
Enjoy long walks in the nearby forest (100 m) or organise a picnic on the banks of Lac du Coucou (6 km). Just 4 km from the house, you can do your shopping at the supermarket or dine at a local restaurant. There are numerous night markets and flea markets in the surrounding area in the summer months. Local produce markets throughout the year.
The house is ideally situated for exploring the department's major sites. Just a few kilometres away, you can visit the Château de Hautefort (7 km), the Tourtoirac cave (12 km), or the famous Lascaux cave (30 km). Less than an hour's drive away, don't miss Les Eyzies de Tayyac, a village famous for its troglodyte dwellings and prehistory museum (35km), as well as the medieval city of Sarlat (40km), Brantôme, nicknamed the Venice of Périgord (40km), and so on.
The owners are passionate farmers who will be delighted to share their passion with you. Come and meet the cows and horses, take part in the daily activities and learn more about growing walnut trees, organisation permitting. This friendly experience is ideal for all ages and nature lovers.

Een charmant huis met veel karakter! We hielden van het oude smidse gevoel en de comfortabele meubels, Het nabijgelegen Lac du Coucou was een prachtige plek voor een picknick, De eigenaren waren erg behulpzaam, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte
Het huis is prachtig gerenoveerd en behoudt zijn rustieke charme, We hielden ervan om bij het zwembad te loungen en wandelingen te maken in het nabijgelegen bos, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden om maaltijden te bereiden, en de lokale markten boden geweldige opties voor verse ingrediënten

Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux dans cette charmante maison de vacances ! La piscine privée était un moyen fantastique de se détendre après une journée d'exploration de la magnifique région du Périgord Noir, Les enfants ont adoré la salle de jeux, en particulier le billard, L'emplacement est parfait pour des excursions d'une journée, avec de beaux sites comme le Château de Hautefort à quelques minutes en voiture, Les propriétaires étaient incroyablement accueillants et ont même partagé des informations sur leur ferme à proximité, C'était une véritable évasion dans la nature, Je recommande vivement !
Des hôtes fantastiques et une propriété magnifiquement rénovée, Nous avons apprécié de jouer au billard et au ping-pong dans la salle de jeux pendant notre temps libre
Comfortabele bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken zorgden ervoor dat we een aangenaam verblijf hadden. De nabijgelegen bospaden waren ideaal voor ochtendwandelingen.
