Description
This holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is part of a holiday home and is located directly outside the well-known and centrally located village of Leogang in Salzburgerland and on the sunny side of the Leogang Valley, surrounded by the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps.
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the house and has a cozy and large living room with TV, seating and dining area and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with a single and a double bed, which share access to a modern bathroom have. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the garden can also be used. In the basement there is a wonderful wellness area (shared use and for a fee). There are parking spaces directly at the house.
In winter you can quickly take the free ski bus in approx. 600 m to the famous Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area, with 270 kilometers of slopes and the Nitro Snowpark, one of the largest ski areas in Austria. Of course, there are also plenty of outdoor activities for those who don't like skis, wonderfully cleared hiking trails, tobogganing, cross-country skiing - the trails lead right past the front door.
In summer, the Sonnrain leisure facility in Leogang, the idyllic natural swimming lake Ritzensee or the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden offer lots of swimming fun!

Again had a wonderful holiday with our family. Very nice apartment with all amenities and very friendly hostess. In addition, a beautiful view all around and lots of fun for the children.

Warmly received by the hostess, really everything was thought and it was lacking nothing, the pictures looked beautiful, but we had not even expected that much space, our daughter enjoyed the farm life the lovely playground / outdoor toys and the animals on the farm (super cute goats, young kittens, cows and sweet dog Nelly) My parents arrived a few days later by train and without asking for them there were clean towels at the door .. The sandwich service is a recommended .. The beautiful apartment, the lowen alpine sommer card included in the price, the wonderful weather, hospitality of the lovely hostess and beautiful surroundings, the peace and beauty of the mountains have ensured that we have had a wonderful and unforgettable holiday , we are very grateful to the host family and will definitely come back again in the future!
We can look back on a very nice holiday, the conditions were excellent Very friendly and helpful hosts / a clean, spacious holiday apartment / beautiful spa / beautiful hiking in an impressive mountains / free gondola rides / ... A holiday address for our reunion folder!
Highly recommended for everyone. It is a beautiful, clean apartment with all amenities. It is somewhat remote from the main road and village, you will need the car. We have at least enjoyed and will definitely come back !!
