The holiday flat itself is located on an idyllic farm in the middle of the Schwemm, a 65-hectare moorland and nature reserve in the municipality of Walchsee. The Schwemm was awarded the Neptune State Prize for Water 2023 in the "Water Community" category throughout Tyrol.

In summer, the region transforms into a paradise for hikers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts.
