A great spot! It's incredibly central with hassle-free connections through bus or several local metro stations, The description is accurate, although there are a few small drawbacks as mentioned in other reviews, The bathroom could use improved ventilation (there's no fan/exhaust), and the noise level from the neighboring supermarket was more than I anticipated (it becomes quite loud in the early mornings), Nevertheless, I'd endorse it for its prime location and excellent value,
My friend and I spent 5 nights here, The upstairs sofa could easily be converted into a comfortable bed, thus, we each had our own rooms, It was truly comfortable, Indeed, there is a bus stop at the entrance, but the guys there were not excessively noisy and were quite friendly, nothing to be concerned about, My only request to our host would be to install at least one mirror upstairs in the bedroom or living area,, It was somewhat troublesome for two women like us to constantly go downstairs to the bathroom to check if our makeup or hair was fine,
