Description
Luxuriously furnished, 2-storey, Danish wooden holiday home located in the first row to the water in Wackerballig with panoramic views of the water. The modern furniture and the bright, wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings give the house a bright and friendly atmosphere. On the unique terrace on the 1st floor, the so-called loggia, you can extend the beautiful summer evening. From here you have a beautiful view of Geltinger Bay and the beautiful nature. In the living room you can sit in front of the warming wood stove or the satellite TV, read a good book or watch an exciting DVD movie. From the living room you also have a magnificent sea view to the Baltic Sea just on the other side of the beach road. The well-equipped, open kitchen is nicely decorated with a lovely granite cooking island. The three bedrooms have a total space for six people and for the children there is a high chair and cot. After a long day in the fresh air, you can relax and pamper yourself with an underwater massage in the hot tub or a sweat in the house's sauna. From the living room there is access to the terrace with panoramic views of the beach. Here you can enjoy the view while sunbathing or having a nice barbecue evening with friends and family. In the area there are many sights, such as. the water castle in Glücksburg, the museum harbor and the science center Phänomenta in Flensburg. A good experience for both children and adults. The nature area Geltinger Birk is the perfect place for long walks, just as there are good cycling routes in the area around Wackerballig. Gas is settled per. cubic meters.

Modern dining table and couch. Great oven. Large pool and garden
Attention, the additional costs were very high in the end (approx. 15% plus the rent) although we were very economical with heating, water and electricity consumption, / The estimate for the additional costs exceeded the usual general costs, e.g. for water, by approx. 50%, / The electricity costs could not be traced because the analogue electricity meter was running backwards due to the PV system on the roof and the serviceman from Gelting asked the house owner about the consumption, / The house was OK for March, & / & although the two three-bed rooms are poorly designed, a room floor plan is missing on the homepage, it could provide information about this, / & In summer a lot of guests are to be expected on the way between the bay and the house, / & a lot of dog owners are out and about, few do not comply with the leash requirement, a dog once threatened us with the standard trivialization by the owner, A big dog shit on the lawn of the rental property, / & the dining table situation is too narrow, We couldn't sit comfortably, Two chairs came apart, / Conclusion: Nice vacation with a wonderful view of the Geltinger Bay, Nevertheless, next time we'll rent a house with additional costs included, understandable floor plan, less hustle and bustle in front of the veranda and a spacious dining table situation, The service man from the DAN Center was nice,
