Good stay, the studio is as described, close to the metro, quiet area, Only drawback: only one key,
Exceptional location close to the convention center, only 2 metro stops, M1 nearby perfect for exploring Paris, Clean accommodation in a secure environment, You can hear people passing in the alley early in the morning but overall it is quite peaceful, The instructions for obtaining the key and accessing the accommodation are very precise, I recommend it!
Although the apartment is small, it is very clean, Be careful, it is on the ground floor, It is well equipped,
Guidelines in English and French are given but some crucial information and codes are not provided, Excellent location for exploring Paris via Metro, The availability of a parking space is beneficial,
During a professional training trip, my colleagues had the opportunity to benefit from this ideally located, quiet and clean studio. I note the address for future training in Paris and also for leisure.
I would highly endorse this location, I was familiar with the area before, very near to metro 1 and thus easy to reach the heart of Paris, The place is exceptionally clean and well-kept, It's unfortunate that the English instructions are perplexing, Some phrases did not make sense, such as 'enter the trade', which I believe should have been 'enter the shop', I strongly urge someone to review these instructions, Additionally, the key password was not working, however, I must acknowledge that after reaching out to the services, they were quite accommodating and supportive, and we were able to rectify the issues rather swiftly, Overall, it's worth paying a visit to this place, it's clean and well managed, and these minor problems like English instructions should be easy to correct, I was pleased with my stay here,
