The amenities in the apartment were top-notch, I particularly enjoyed the modern kitchen setup for making breakfast,

What a delightful little studio! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk from the Palais Garnier and surrounded by charming cafes and shops, The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Paris, I particularly loved the stylish decor

Absolutely loved my stay! The studio is beautifully decorated and has a quaint charm that adds to the Parisian experience, It’s small but perfectly laid out, so I never felt cramped, The proximity to the Palais Garnier made it easy to catch a show, The host was friendly and made the check-in process seamless, I would definitely return!

This studio is a true treasure in the heart of Paris! The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I loved the nearby bakeries, It’s a bit small, but it’s well worth the trade-off for the location!

There is a strong smell of sewage throughout the apartment and the bathroom faucet would need to be repaired, The jacuzzi makes a lot of noise, so it is not very relaxing, However, the cleanliness is impeccable and everything you need is available,

In general, a wonderful place, though the bathroom had a minor odor and the jacuzzi settings were a bit perplexing without any instructions, Nonetheless, it's a fantastic place situated in a superb location,

The location of the place was convenient and perfectly situated for getting around most parts of Paris, It's surrounded by excellent eateries too, However, we were bothered by a persistent, noticeable smell of sewage in the apartment, which hits you as soon as you open the door, We had seen prior reviews mentioning it, but didn't give it much thought until we experienced it ourselves, The elevator was out of service when we got there and failed on several other occasions thereafter, So, if you're carrying luggage, brace yourself for the possibility of hauling it up four flights of stairs if the elevator breaks down again, We found the $70 cleaning charge somewhat steep given the apartment's size, though it was generally clean,

The cleaning fee is incredibly expensive for just one night

The flat was pleasant and tidy, the positioning couldn't be better, however, in the evening there was a slight odor in the bathroom and if you're a light sleeper, there could be some noise in the mornings,

A complete and very comfortable apartment! It was very cold in Paris but in the apartment you couldn't tell as it was always at a good temperature, The jacuzzi meets expectations and is very relaxing, It is very easy to access the apartment as they send you the necessary codes to open the doors and it is also very well located to eat, shop at supermarkets, and visit places of interest, I recommend staying here!

The apartment was very nice for me and my partner, It had a very good and central location, was clean, and there were also free shower gel and shampoo items in travel sizes, Although we arrived in Paris at 12 o'clock, we were still able to check in earlier, Overall very pleasant, Gladly again!

Nice apartment consistent with the photos, However, 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 days is not enough, Nothing in the cupboards 😞 Check my guest's apartment management is deplorable! We had to call them beforehand to get a link to their website with the address, Instead of simply sending access codes by email, you have to figure out the codes and download the documents yourself, If you arrive late, you have no assistance, There are 3 phone numbers on a document to download and calling all 3 numbers leads you to a voicemail that tells you to call from Monday to Friday! Unfortunately, we were missing a document with the access codes to the building and the door number, We found ourselves on the street with no one to contact, All the hotels on the street were fully booked, We eventually found one after struggling,
