The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower device, a wash basin with large walled mirror, and a toilet. WLAN internet access, inside the apartment and in the garden area, is available free of charge. The landlord’s brother lives on the first floor and is always happy to help you with any questions you might have. The outside area is for your private use, boasting a covered sitting area with a barbecue, wooden table and matching bench, sun loungers and even an outdoor shower. Here, you can sit down and enjoy your meals or simply spend some time relaxing and soaking up the sun. The apartment is in a great location for all those who want to be close to the beach and also near the centre of town. The sandy beach with sun loungers and sun shades for rent is less than a five minute walk away from your apartment (approx. 200m) and offers a wide range of water sports. Zadar boasts a historic old town of Roman ruins, medieval churches and museums. The historic part of town is also within walkable distance, only approx. 10 minutes away from your apartment. Here, you will find a great choice of cafes, bars and restaurants for all tastes.
