The modern, well-presented and equipped holiday house is on the southern edge of a holiday complex in the Tremithousa/Tala/Kissonergia triangle. It is, as it were, on the first row with a fantastic view of the sea over the south-west tip of land. . The ground floor of the house has an open room with lounge, dining and cooking spaces, as well as a toilet. There is as roofed terrace as far as the arrows on the photo. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (one with a bath, the other with a shower). The beds have standard measurements. The house is for four people when using the bedrooms, while maximum occupancy is six people when using the fold-out sofas (190cm long) as a double bed. The house is functionally equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven. Both bedrooms open onto the generous veranda. The outdoor area includes a little pool (depth 1.5m). The pools on the complex are preferable for small children. It is ca. 6-7km to the sea on the west coast. There are places worthwhile for divers ca. 7-8km away. The golf course (Minthis Hills) is about 10k away and Paphos harbour (old UNESCO world heritage site) is about 8km away. In the area there are many other places of interest, e.g. the St. Neophtos monastery and a range of hiking possibilities. It is ca. 18km to Paphos airport (no aeroplane noise). A car is to be recommended for holiday-makers who would like flexibility. There are also bus connections during the season. If you would rarely like to leave the holiday complex, it has some pools (also indoors for the cooler season), a children’s playground, fitness equipment, a sauna, a small shop and gastronomy.
