The holiday home is located between the two main attractions of this province: Perugia (13 km) and lake Trasimeno (20 km). Both are must-visit! Perugia is a lively student town where you can spend many hours in cafés and shopping streets. Lake Trasimeno offers many possibilities. A visit to the religious town Assisi (30 km) to see a big colonnade and the famous St. Francis basilica, beautifully restored after the 1997 earthquake is a must.
You can also hit a ball at the tennis court. The amenities of this holiday home will ensure a real fun vacation, both inside and outdoors! You'll feel right at home thanks to your apartment's cozy decoration and its preserved original details.

Beautiful apartment, nice pool in a beautiful setting. Friendly people, helpful.
Beautiful accommodation in a completely restored monastery. High brick ceilings, with round arches, beautiful tiled floors in the otherwise white-painted rooms. Garden table and chairs, covered with a canopy so that you can sit there even in the rain with a view of the valley. A large swimming pool where you can swim laps but also play with children, with clear fresh water and sun loungers and parasols on the side. We hardly notice anything from the other guests. The owner - who also did the entire restoration and lives nearby - is extremely friendly and helpful where necessary. In short, we consider ourselves lucky with this choice for a stay of about 14 days in Umbria!: The location is close to a large village with shops and restaurants, but is also a great starting point for visits to all the beautiful cities and towns in Umbria because it is very central.
