Gite This gite is part of the property, in a semi-detached gite in our old Périgourdine farmhouse in Périgord Noir, which has been fully restored to create 5 charming gites. In a dominant position overlooking the Dordogne valley, with hiking trails 28 and 29 "Flânerie au Pays de Fénelon" passing in front of the property, you will be in the heart of the superb Dordogne valley and its castles, and 15 minutes from Sarlat, the soul of Périgord Noir. The 4 other adjoining gites have an outdoor courtyard with garden furniture, table tennis and a double barbecue area. At the rear of the property is a large 4,000m2 area called Le Pré, with parking and a communal swimming pool for the gites, with a large beach for parasols and sun loungers. The swimming pool is 5x10m, fully fenced and heated. All the gites have access to a shared swimming pool. Beautiful inglenook fireplace for winter evenings. Countryside, nature and peace. We are 3kms from the village of Saint Julien de Lampon, where you can go shopping or to the local market on Thursdays. All the historic sites of the Périgord Noir are less than half an hour away, with hiking trails passing in front of the property. The medieval town of Sarlat is 16 km away (1/4 hour's drive). There are plenty of sporting activities and many gardens, museums, caves and châteaux to visit in the Périgord Noir. Peace and relaxation in our beautiful countryside.
