Deally located apartment in the center of Paris, in the famous Marais district, 10 minutes from the city hall. It's a very lively district, thanks to its many pedestrian streets that give access to many of the capital's trendiest restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Located in the heart of Paris, rue de Montmorency, my 35m2 flat has been completely refurbished since May 2022. Decorated with taste, this flat will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.
This sublime flat is very well arranged and is composed:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds and televisions
- 1 sofa
- 1 dining table
- 1 lounge area with television
- 1 fully equipped American kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven...
- 2 shower rooms without toilet
- 1 separated toilet
- Internet by fibre

We had a fantastic 4-day stay, The apartment is small as described, but it was functional and clean, The location is excellent, It"s on a quiet street, but as soon as you turn the corner, you"ll find restaurants , bars, and plenty of nightlife, The metro is only a 5-minute walk away, The RER, which we used to go to Disney, is only a 15-minute walk away (direct line), The apartment is generally located between 15 minutes and half an hour from all of the main attractions, and you can walk to almost all of them in half an hour, There were four adults in our group, and we had plenty of towels and toiletries, The complimentary coffee pods were very good, We had some issues with the WiFi, but the staff resolved them quickly and efficiently, You can leave your luggage in their offices before and after your stay free of charge, Their offices are a 15-minute walk from the apartment, We will definitely stay here again,
The apartment's location was excellent, and we found everything to be clean and tidy, The hosts were very responsive and reliable, and the two showers were a great feature, We felt very safe during our stay and enjoyed it very much, Although there wasn't a lot of natural light, it didn't bother us because we were out and about all day, The apartment is small, and our bags took up space in the living room, We also wished there was a full-length mirror, The hosts were flexible and had good communication, which we appreciated, Overall, it was a good choice, and we highly recommend this apartment, Thank you so much!
The location is great for those who want to be close to the action and excitement of the Marais neighbourhood, The Centre Pompidou, Place des Vosges, and the Seine are all within an easy stroll, The apartment is comfortable and compact, which is to be expected in this part of town, Although the walls are thin and there may be some noise from neighbouring apartments, there is no street noise as the apartment is in an inner courtyard away from the street, There are also plenty of trendy shops and restaurants within minutes of walking around the busy Marais streets, Metro stations are also close by,
The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, While the beds were really firm, I was pleasantly surprised that they were not as squishy as they looked in the pictures - it was just the comforter that was squishy! The only two issues I had were that the water in the shower wasn't hot enough, but the hosts said they would look into it, The shower in the second bedroom had a door, so we turned on the wall heater and kept the door shut to keep it warm, which worked well, Additionally, we had trouble getting the drying option to work on the washing/drying machine, so we hung up our clothes to dry instead, However, despite these minor issues, our stay was wonderful and the location was great, It's located just off a main street, so it was quieter, There was a noisy neighbor who partied until 3:30 AM on a holiday, but I was able to sleep on the couch with the bedroom door shut to muffle the noise,
We really enjoyed the location and our hosts were fantastic, We would definitely consider staying at their home again in the future,
Thanks for accommodating us, The apartment served as a good temporary residence, but I was under the impression that the bathrooms would be larger, However, I take full responsibility for not asking about it beforehand, The rooms themselves are adequate, albeit on the small side, with only one having access to natural light, Additionally, it's worth noting that there's only one bathroom, and suitcases need to be stored in the living room,
