The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and easy to access. Check-in was straightforward, and it was well equipped for our stay. The location was convenient for accessing public transport and local shops. However, the surrounding neighbourhood felt more run down than we had expected and appeared to be one of the less affluent parts of Paris. While we did not experience any safety issues, it did not have the atmosphere we were hoping for. There are also a few maintenance and communication issues that would improve the guest experience. The washing machine and fridge both need attention, and the hot water system was inconsistent. The main concern was the extended power outage. We were without power overnight and for most of the following day during very hot weather. While we understand that the outage itself was outside the property's control, there was very little communication or proactive updates, which left us unsure of what was happening or what support was available. More regular updates and clearer communication during unexpected situations would make a significant difference for guests. Overall, our stay was average. The apartment has some good features, but improvements to maintenance, communication, and guest support during unexpected situations would make for a much better experience.

Hello - we did not ended up staying at the property. When we arrived for check in the property was dirty and not ready for check in. We called the host and spoke to an associate named Yosmus. He asked me to send pictures of the property condition and I did. He also gave me number to get in contact with the host and I called several times with no response. I ended up booking a hotel for my family. I would like to request support in getting a refund for our stay

The place overall was nice. Lacked a few essentials like extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, and soap for the dishwasher. The ABSOLUTELY AWFUL thing was the mattress in the larger bedroom. We tried to call the property managers but no one answered. We sent an email and while they responded to the email, no one did anything about it. We tried laying all of the extra sheets down the middle of the bed and putting 2 comforters under the bottom sheet to try to help. It was AWFUL! It slopes badly to a deep sag in the middle and is uncomfortably super firm. The lack of sleep made the days less enjoyable than they could have been. Also, be ready for 20-30 minute metro rides to get into most areas a visitor would want to see. We WOULD NOT stay here again or recommend it to others.

The apartment was really easy to find, the instructions for getting keys simple to follow and the pictures were really true to the apartment itself. Beds were very very comfortable and there was everything in the kitchen that was needed. Towels lovely and fluffy and good size and toiletries provided were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here. The area has everything you need and is really well connected. I'd recommend Parker's pizza opposite for delicious fresh pizza made really quickly.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, The setting was very pleasant and the beds were extremely comfortable, The children really enjoyed the pool table, Furthermore, the location was very convenient with shops and transport readily available, However, we did encounter a few minor issues, The pans provided in the kitchen were not suitable for the induction hob, preventing us from cooking, We had to throw away a lot of the food we had bought and eat out, which was a bit inconvenient, Also, the bathroom door did not seal properly and every time we showered, the water ran into the toilet, Despite the towels being laid on the floor, it was risky, I almost slipped several times, Finally, there was a slight smell of chemicals, probably due to recent renovations, Despite these inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay,
