Flat description: Newly renovated 4.5 room flat in a stylish Engadine house on the 2nd floor with stair lift, Seglias neighbourhood, approx. 100 m². The flat has a spacious living room with integrated dining area, fireplace and access to a wonderful, well-sunlit terrace with panoramic views. The living room has a new sofa with a comfortable lounge area. The kitchen was completely renovated in spring 2024 and is made of Swiss stone pine with stone worktops. It has a hob with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The three bedrooms have a special charm thanks to the continuous wooden beams. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200 cm), one of which has access to the balcony, and a further bedroom with a single bed (140 x 220 cm). The two bathrooms were also completely renovated at the same time as the kitchen. The larger bathroom has a WC, bathtub and two washbasins. The shower has a WC, washbasin and a stepless walk-in shower. The bathrooms are also materialised with Swiss stone pine and stone. Ample storage space is available.
