In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. 4x4 car recommended in winter. 100 m footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage at 100 m. Supermarket 10 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 10 m, bus stop "La Tardive" 400 m, railway station "Monthey" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km, thermal baths "Lavey-Les-Bains" 16 km.
