The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and Studio Prestige was very responsive and pleasant in their messages, However, we had originally booked the apartment for three people and three beds (although we knew it could accommodate up to six people), Usually, when you book an apartment, you rent the entire apartment, so the price is per apartment and not per person, When two more people decided to join our trip, the price went up by several hundred pounds, which was confusing, I would have been okay with this if it had been communicated at the beginning, but then it was too late to cancel and receive a refund, I asked Studio Prestige to look into this, and they said it was to ensure that we would have a "comfortable stay," This is misleading because more of us were paying more for the same apartment, and there was no additional work for them, aside from a few extra towels, If anything, we were less comfortable! If a per-person price is Airbnb policy or an increased city tax (which is not £300), I would not have minded, However, given that we already had the beds, I felt taken advantage of,
A great place to stay in Paris! We were within walking distance of everything and there were many things to do and eat nearby! Make sure to check out Lam, just a few doors down - the cookies are amazing!
Our stay was wonderful, The host was very quick to respond, and gave us clear and timely instructions, which made everything easy, The place was large, spotlessly clean, and had all the modern amenities we needed, It was very comfortable and convenient, We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again,
This accommodation is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, with a great location, The adjacent restaurant, Elmer, is highly recommended, There are plenty of good places to visit in the area, Additionally, the host was always accessible,
This is a good place to stay, the location is good when you are in Paris, which allowed us to move easily by the two metro lines close to the apartment, The apartment is well equipped, with a new decoration and has all the necessary services, Although the place for 5 people was a bit small, overall I highly recommend it, especially for the location and the attention of the host, Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much, It is beautifully decorated and brand new and clean! The location is perfect with great coffee bars, restaurants and shops nearby, despite the lively neighborhood, it was quiet at night and we had a good night's sleep, We would love to stay here again!
