This exclusive sea view holiday villa is located in a green and quiet part of the former fishing village of Pomer, near the city of Pula and only approximately 1.5 kilometers from the center of Medulin. The pool can be illuminated at night so you can enjoy a swim under the starry sky. The two-storey holiday villa is fully detached and offers 170m² of living space for up to eight persons. It features an open plan living-/dining area with a top modern, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room provides a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed (170 x 200 cm), matching armchair and a large flatscreen television. The kitchen has a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Next to it the dining area offers a wooden table with six chairs. One of the three bedrooms on the upper floor has a 180 x 200 cm double bed, the second and third are furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds each (can be pushed together to make a double bed). The master bedroom with the double bed has its own bathroom ensuite, which is equipped with a shower cabin, wash basin and toilet. One of the other two bathrooms has a bath tub and shower device, bidet, toilet and a washing machine. The third is equipped like the ensuite bathroom.
