In the surrounding hamlets, such as Fosseno, Tapigliano and Corciago, there are other historical churches, such as the Church of Sant'Agata in Fosseno, built between the 14th and 17th centuries, and the Church of Saints Nazaro and Celso in Corciago, probably founded by St Julius in the 4th century. The Nebbiuno area is rich in hiking trails that wind through woods and hills, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. A popular excursion is to Monte Cornaggia, which at an altitude of 922 metres offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. Every year, on 18 October, the Sagra della Transumanza is celebrated, an event that commemorates the return of the cows from the summer pastures. During the festival, hundreds of cattle parade through the village streets, accompanied by popular music and dances, attracting numerous visitors. In addition, the village of Campiglia, located just outside the town, preserves an ancient medieval watchtower. This small village is also known for the production of 'Vino della Campiglia', a local wine that represents one of the area's wine-making traditions.
