The flat is part of a residence with 9 flats in three neighbouring structures that together form the residence. The air-conditioned flat is located on the first floor of the tertiary building. The tertiary structure in front of the pool consists of three flats on the first floor. The air-conditioned accommodation consists of: A comfortable bedroom with double bed (160x200), bed linen (changed weekly), bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, two bath towels per person (changed weekly), the living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat screen satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, equipped kitchenette; with 4 electric hobs, Napa Aspiartoria, fridge with freezer compartment (3 litres), toaster, microwave, coffee maker, mocha, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, from the living area the exit to the balcony with garden and four chairs overlooking the pool area and has a beautiful view of the bell tower of the nearby church. The pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the playroom for children and adults with pool table, table tennis, TV, flat screen, sofas and armchairs are at guests' disposal. The property is fenced. Free public parking is available near the residence (50 m). In the structure is available on request a common room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The grocery shop, church, restaurant, bar, park, car park, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. The tourist train station leading to the beaches (sand, pebbles and rocks) of the tourist village of Lanterna (3 km from the house) is 50 metres from the property.
