The recently completed, modern and comfortable accommodations are located spread out over the spacious Noordzee Residence Cadzand-Bad.
There is a choice of various types. There is a 5 person terraced apartment (NL-4506-24). These are located in rows of three and is the middle unit. The three various units are accessible via a communal hall, but all have their own front doors. There is also a 6 person detached variant with a sauna (NL-4506-25). This villa has a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a charming 13-pers. villa (NL-4506-26). This consists of a total row of three, of which NL-4506-24 is a part. You then have a choice of three kitchens and three living room/diners. The ground floors of the units are connected by doors. Ideal for a group travelling together or for multiple families going on holiday together, all together, but with your own space. There is also a 6-pers. detached villa (NL-4506-42). This villa has a bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a shower on the ground floor, two separate toilets and an infra-red sauna.
All houses have a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

We had a beautiful house, but were pleasantly surprised by the inventory. For example, a washing machine and dryer were not listed. If we had known this, we could have taken detergent with us. However, we were able to use the dryer to dry the bed linen that we had booked, as it was delivered wet! I still think the final cleaning fee is too high, but it could be cleaner, but with a dog in the apartment, it gets dirty quickly. The parking staff are always quick to help, very good. The beds were very comfortable, the infrared sauna was great, the apartment was a great size for 5 people, the terrace only had a short roof, but it had a heater, which was excellent. All in all, we would be happy to come back.

The sauna was a fantastic touch, and the garden was lovely for morning coffee
This place exceeded our expectations, It was well-maintained and the owner was very accommodating, The sauna was a luxurious bonus, especially after a long day exploring the area
Clean, comfortable, and very well-located, We had everything we needed during our stay, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating, The kitchen was handy for preparing meals, and the living area was spacious enough for our group, The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, Other than that, a solid choice for a beach getaway
