This semi-detached, refurbished villa is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast.
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom witha bath or shower and a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, which sleep up to 2 persons. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and a wonderful traditional sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. All beds are of the single type. box spring, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. A storage room makes it complete.
Outside there is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The villa has parking space for one car.

A lovely house, great beds and showers! It was neatly clean and was ideal for the supermarket for fresh bread rolls. To come back!
Great house, only dirty and the dishwasher does not work, which is clogged and also very dirty. Have to wash the dishes all week, very unfortunate
Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean (spider webs, couch not clean. Especially the terrace completely neglected, monitor with Unkeaut. Optically the worst house in the area.
The holiday home was wonderfully spacious, with a fantastic large garden in which the children and dog could play. Because the children could go their own way, there was also time and space for the adults to have a relaxed conversation with each other while enjoying a snack and drink. Nice spacious location with various options within walking distance, we also enjoyed the pool!
Beautiful park, spacious and spacious lots. Location fine, close to the beach. However, the house was really very dirty, there were dirty dishes in the closet and we found pajama pants from the previous occupants under the bed. A latch in one of the bedrooms was broken so we had to be careful not to get locked up. We complained to the reception and were immediately refunded the cleaning costs. The park is suitable for families with small children. My boys aged 10, 11 and 12 found it rather boring. There is more than enough to do for little ones.
Good value for money. Close to the beach, nice playgrounds for the children.
