House Astoria / 1st Floor / Elevator / Wi-Fi Yes / 1 room with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower / 1 room with double bed and a bunk bed / 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub / Maximum occupancy: 5 adults and 1 child under 12 years (due to the bunk bed) The apartment is located in the heart of Lenzerheide and is directly at the ski slope/cross-country ski trail and in close proximity to the free sports bus and various shopping options. The house features an indoor swimming pool and sauna for common use. A good starting point for all winter/summer activities for the whole family. -The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord (Persons over 16 years CHF 4.50 per night /< 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies).
