The property features a private swimming pool, a large garden, and a shaded porch area with a built-in barbecue. The villa also includes a large dining room and a separate living area, offering both shared and private spaces. Pets are allowed with a supplement, and the property is not suitable for groups of young guests under 21.

Ideally located in one of L’Escala’s most tourist-friendly areas, the villa is just 750 meters from Riells Beach, known for its vibrant promenade filled with shops, restaurants, bars, and water activities. The nearest supermarket is only 350 meters away, allowing guests easy access to daily essentials. Its convenient location provides the perfect mix of beachside relaxation and access to local entertainment, while still offering a peaceful retreat in a residential neighborhood.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), and an additional toilet. Guests benefit from included Wi-Fi, bed linen, and outdoor parking. Optional extras such as pool towels, cots, and high chairs are available upon request. Towels are provided at an additional charge, and a €300 refundable deposit is required at check-in.
