Description
This luxury villa is located in the north of the largest Wadden Island Texel with its wide sandy beaches. From the large terrace you have a view of the extensive Krimbos. Ideal for families.
The centre of De Cocksdorp is 400 m away with various shops and restaurants. The island of Texel offers many cycling and walking paths and the bicycle is the perfect means of transport at this location. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are in a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals at Ecomare, and don't forget to stop for a drink on the terrace in Den Burg or De Koog. For walkers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended, as of course is a unique guided mudflat walk.
The villa has a spacious and luxurious open plan kitchen. The bright living room with dining table offers comfort for a large group and there is a washing and drying combination in the common room. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the first floor you will find 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom. You can park your car at the villa and for bicycles there is a lockable central bicycle shed with charging facilities. Beds are made upon arrival. If you use the camp bed, you have to bring your own sheets and blankets.

Ons verblijf in de villa in De Cocksdorp was fantastisch! De ruime indeling was perfect voor onze familiebijeenkomst, en de open keuken maakte het gemakkelijk om samen te koken en maaltijden te genieten, We hielden van het uitzicht vanaf het terras, vooral tijdens de zonsondergang, De kinderen hadden veel plezier in het nabijgelegen Caluna zwemparadijs, en wij genoten van het fietsen door de mooie paden rond het eiland, De locatie was ook ideaal voor snelle tripjes naar lokale winkels en restaurants, die op loopafstand waren, Zeer aan te raden voor een gezinsuitje!
Deze villa overtrof onze verwachtingen, Het was schoon, modern en had alles wat we nodig hadden, De kinderen vonden het nabijgelegen Caluna zwemparadijs geweldig, en wij genoten van het fietsen door de mooie paden rond Texel
The place was really nice and spacious, but could've used a few more towels and the WiFi was kinda slow, Still, we had a fun time exploring Texel and the nearby beaches, Overall, worth it!
This villa is a whole vibe! Spacious enough for 8 friends, and that terrace view? Hits different, Perfect for chill hangouts after a day of exploring Texel, Plus, the free WiFi is a total lifesaver for posting all the pics, Can't believe how close it is to the beach and all the cute cafes in De Cocksdorp, Definitely coming back!
A lovely spot for a family getaway, The living room was comfortable, and the bedrooms were well-appointed, We appreciated the proximity to De Cocksdorp's shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area
