The house is located at the entrance to the Istrian village of St. Kirin. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday here in peace, or observe the hustle and bustle of nearby Pula (15 km). Here you will find numerous cozy restaurants, beautiful terraces and impressive historical monuments.
The large lawn around the house is completely fenced, so children can play carefree. There is also a swimming pool in the garden where you can cool off on hot summer days. The owner lives in the neighboring house and parking is available.

The location was ideal for our beach holiday, Just a short walk to the beach, and we found some lovely restaurants nearby, The home itself was cozy and had everything we needed, Overall, a pleasant experience,
Wij waren een groep vrienden en vonden het huis erg gezellig. De indeling was perfect voor gezelligheid en we hebben optimaal gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ-faciliteiten. Een geweldige uitvalsbasis voor onze avonturen in Istrië.
Het huis was fantastisch, zeer schoon en de uitrusting was voortreffelijk, Het zwembad was simpelweg droomachtig! Ik kan het alleen maar aanbevelen!
A very practical and cozy place to stay! We didn't have any complaints, The living area was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for our cooking needs, The nearby attractions made it easy to plan our days, Would definitely return if we're in the area again

The house is spacious and well-equipped for a family vacation, We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and the living room was a great spot for family game nights, The fenced yard gave us peace of mind with our children running around, Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and we'd definitely consider coming back!
