Our orange flat is a beautiful, bright and newly renovated holiday flat on the first floor of a listed outbuilding of an old Wilhelminian-style villa right next to the main university in Graz. The fully equipped flat with impressive wallpaper, beautiful colours, fun lamps and a new bathroom will be a highlight of your visit to Graz. The perfectly equipped kitchen is also completely new and has a cosy seating area. Smart TV in two rooms and fast internet connect you to the world - nothing is missing. A wonderful flat for arriving, relaxing with lots of light and warmth - just orange. The kitchen and living room offer an idyllic view of the quiet inner courtyard of the villa, one of the two bedrooms is very bright with large windows, but all bedrooms can be fully darkened. Beautiful furnishings including wardrobes, a washing machine/dryer combination, iron and ironing board and much more make the flat perfect for a longer stay. It is particularly important to the grazrentals team that you feel at home here and that nothing is missing. The orange flat is ideal for four guests, but can sleep up to seven people comfortably. In addition to two double beds in top hotel quality (180x200 cm), there is also a sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a reclining chair (80x190 cm) with the best sleeping comfort. A cot for small children and a high chair are available on request. A free secure car park is also available. All guests of the house have their own large front garden, which can be shared. A private secure car park is available. Contactless check-in Instead of keys, there is a combination lock so that nobody has to worry about losing the flat keys. We can therefore check in and out at any time of day or night. The "blue" flat is located on the first floor and can be reached via a wide staircase. Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot of the neighbourhood with student bars and nice shops, is a 3-minute walk away. There is a bakery with a small coffee house in the building. The nearest public transport is a two-minute walk away. The University of the Arts, the University of Music, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes.
