The structure was built in 1563 and will be renovated in 2009 and again in 2020. Located on the first floor of this lovely building in Mombaroccio, this apartment features a swimming pool and a garden with sea views, shared with other guests as well.
The center is 500 m away to splurge on everything you need. The pleasant coastal town of Fano is 20 km from the residence and you will find plenty of cozy bars, cafes and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is located 500 m away and is well-worth a visit.
Thanks to the air conditioning, it is also fine here in the middle of summer. You can enjoy a cooling dip in the pool, and feel the breeze hug you as you soak some sun in the garden with sea views.

A really lovely and peaceful place. Lovely views and a great pool.
It was an amazing time at this place. The apartment is new, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. A bottle of Proseco, water and fruit were waiting for us to welcome us. An ideal place for families with children. A large bedroom for parents and a great room for children. The internet works fast and without any problems. A garden full of greenery, old wonderful trees. Peace and quiet. The pool and pool view are wonderful. Alessandra, the owner is a warm, charming and very helpful person. She took care of everything to make our stay a very enjoyable one. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

We hebben echt genoten van onze tijd hier, Het appartement was ruim en mooi ingericht, De gastheren waren erg vriendelijk, deden ons thuis voelen, De zeezicht vanaf de tuin was gewoon de kers op de taart, Zou zeker weer komen!
Perfect gelegen, bare en kort spasertur fra sentrum av Mombaroccio, Hagen var et deilig sted for kveldens avslapning
Prachtige locatie, zeer goed bereikbaar, geweldig huis en appartement, Erg rustig, Comfortabele bedden, uitstekende voorzieningen, geweldige parkeerplaatsen, piękny basen z wspaniałym widokiem, Bardzo przyjazna gospodyni, Alessandra mówiła płynnie po angielsku, Komunikacja była doskonała, W 10 minut pieszo bardzo dobra restauracja (otwarta od czwartku do niedzieli), Mały supermarket w mieście z doskonałym wyborem owoców i warzyw oraz świeżymi produktami
