Detached holiday villa with private pool and Mediterranean garden The detached villa with private pool for a maximum of 6 adults is located on the north-east coast of Crete on the hillside near the village of Hersonisos. From 2018 the pool can be heated on request !!! On the approximately 600 m² plot there is also the private pool, and the well-kept garden with lush trees and Mediterranean-style planting. Around the garden a natural stone wall with fence ensures your privacy, but does not prevent you from enjoying a marvellous view over the natural landscape to the sea. The pool can be used from April to October. The house has two storeys and a basement. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and fireplace as well as a shower room. The furnishings are bright and in a rustic vintage style. Additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms ensure a pleasant climate. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are just a five-minute walk away. In the colder months there is oil heating and wood for the fireplace. The house has two car parking spaces. 12 German channels can be received via the satellite system.
