The accommodation experience was a bit of a mixed bag, The host was one of the strictest I"ve come across, I booked by mistake and despite mediation from Airbnb, no cancellation was granted as the policy was non-refundable, I understand why, but given it was a mistake, a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated, The arrival wasn't very welcoming as someone who was smoking came and asked me for 30e without explanation and when I gave them 40e, they didn't give me any change, After discussing this with them over chat, it was resolved (30e was for late entry after 7pm and the 10e was left under the door the next day), They allowed us to leave our luggage in their office on the day of check-out, Overall, the apartment itself was great - very clean, well-located and comfortable, If it weren't for the extra 30e, I would have thought it was a good price,
The host was able to provide us with the keys ahead of the official check-in time, which was extremely helpful since we were traveling with a small baby, Additionally, they were always quick to reply whenever we needed something, The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Louvre, There are also many bakeries and restaurants in the surrounding area,
Beautiful, clean and well-appointed apartment, close to all amenities,
The apartment of Studio Prestige is in a perfect location near Marais and Canal St Martin - two of the best places in Paris! They were easily reachable and welcomed us in a charming, tidy and well-equipped space with an excellent shower!
