An outdoor tap makes light work of rinsing off sandy feet, or paws, with up to two well-behaved dogs welcome to join the stay. Being ground floor throughout, the apartment is easy to move around in, cases and buggies included.
Bude itself brings three golden sandy beaches, a good spread of places to eat, and independent shops worth a browse. With the A39 close by, it's an easy base for exploring further, with villages like Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Tintagel all within about 26 miles. Mornings on the sand, evenings by the water, simple and unhurried.
