PERCHE

The pros are: Spacious, plenty of room in the ground floor and basement, fully equipped with kitchen appliances and cookware, multiple TV screens, great location, walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, shops and public transportation. Nice quiet road and neighborhood. The cons: Entry instructions were confusing. It was hard to locate the proper door to enter the apartment, it's a bit cold inside even with the heaters provided, plaster is falling off the walls in the basement getting on the couch and floors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. It's worth the price we paid for a wonderful stay in Le Marais.

The views from the living room were stunning, especially at sunset, We spent our evenings watching Netflix on the TV, It felt like a cozy home away from home,

The location was perfect for exploring Paris, We were close to many attractions, and the metro was easily accessible, The apartment itself was well-maintained and had a homely feel,

I had a fantastic stay at the Superb Apartment Le Marais! The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze, The dishwasher was a real time-saver, and I loved having a washing machine on hand, Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Paris like a local!

I was really impressed with the amenities, The tumble dryer was a lifesaver, and the kitchenware made cooking easy, The apartment was also non-smoking throughout, which I appreciated,

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, I particularly enjoyed the city view from the living room, The streaming services on the TV were a nice touch after long days of exploring, Overall, it was a pleasant experience,
