Description
This lovely house is set in a large wooded property with stunning views of rolling hills and green woodland from the lounge and garden.
Equipped with all the basic amenities, this small and simple cottage is in a fantastic location.
Ideal for 2 people or for a family with a baby or small child. The bedroom sleeps 3 (1 double and 1 single bed) and the living room also has a sofa bed which can be used as an extra bed.
The accommodation has a private terrace and a large garden with a lovely view of the meadows and the river Boude which runs a little further away.
Uzer is a short walk away. You can do your shopping here and buy fresh bread and croissants every morning.
At the swimming pool (which is treated with salt) you can sit on one of the many seats and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The owner and his friendly wife live on the same property during the summer months. They occasionally use the heated swimming pool (minimum 24°) with deckchairs and a covered terrace where it is possible to have lunch, dinner or a snack (table and chairs).
From this central gîte you can easily discover all the beautiful towns and attractions of the Ardèche. The picturesque medieval town of Largentière (5 km) and the beautiful old town of Balazuc (4 km) are close by. Don't forget to take a canoe trip on the river Ardèche or visit one of its many beaches.

We had a pleasant stay, the owners are very warm and welcoming. The little villa is super nice and the pool is a real treat. The place is isolated from the neighborhood, not overlooked. I recommend ☺️
