On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony) and a second bathroom with a shower. The house has a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment. There is a secure parking lot on the fenced area. For an additional fee, you can rent bicycles.

There is a fishing boat marina, the Panorama Morska swimming pool complex (open all year round). An interesting monument in Jarosławiec is the lighthouse. The lighthouse was built of red and glazed brick on a circular plan, each floor is highlighted by a decorative cornice. From the balcony, from a height of 33 meters, there is a view of the sea and two large coastal lakes.
