Supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop 1 km. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (27 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
