The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a covered veranda furnished with a table and six plastic chairs.
The property is located in Cannigione di Arzachena, a charming coastal town on the northeast coast of Sardinia, boasting an idyllic setting on the Gulf of Arzachena. The region is known for its picturesque beaches, crystal-clear waters, and proximity to the world-famous Costa Smeralda. Please note: Small pets are allowed upon prior arrangement and a one-time fee of €50.00 applies. Access to the pool at the nearby Sporting Hotel, just 100 meters away, is included. Please note that towels from the apartments may not be used at the pool, and swimming caps are mandatory.
